Bodyweight exercises, also known as calisthenics, is one of the best ways to grow stronger, more functional muscles.

The focus is on using your own body weight and gravity to create resistance and build strength, flexibility, and endurance. Calisthenics can be performed anywhere, at any time, making it a convenient and accessible form of exercise that you can do even if you don’t have access to fancy gym equipment.
